Change in subscriber count against the same channel's previous reading, expressed as a percentage. Every page states the exact interval behind the figure — a week when both weeks were measured, and the true number of days when the gap was wider.

Proportional rather than absolute, so a small channel adding a thousand outranks a large one adding ten thousand — which is the honest way round.
